What is a Giclee?
A "Giclee" print is a high quality, fade resistant, archival-grade reproduction of an original artwork. Giclee's can be printed on various media such as canvas and paper.
What is a Matted Print on paper?
A matted print on paper is an open edition reproduction of an original painting on 100% recycled bamboo paper, and printed with high quality archival inks. These prints are then mounted on a firm backing and held in place by a mat board and include THOR's logo embossed on the mat with gold foil.
What is a “Limited Edition” print?
A “Limited Edition” print, abbreviated as "LE," is a reproduction that is restricted in the number of copies produced. These editions are regulated under state consumer protection laws in order to ensure each print in an edition is accounted for.
What is an “Artist Proof” print?
An “Artist Proof” print, abbreviated as "AP," is an exclusive giclee print edition on canvas where the artist hand-highlights the print to offer more personalized value, and the edition size is much smaller than standard limited editions.
What is the sizing on your t-shirts?
Our shirts are made using traditional t-shirt sizing and are made to fit almost all body types. If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, we suggest ordering the next size up. Please refer to our SIZE CHARTS for more detailed information.
What does "Unisex Size" mean?
Unisex shirts have more of a boxy fit, that are comfortable for both men and women to wear.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
How long does it take to ship a product?
We stock and ship all products (except Giclee canvas prints) in 2-3 business days, unless there is an out-of-stock situation. If there is any delay in shipment we will notify you immediately via email. Giclee canvas prints have a longer lead time of approximately 3-4 weeks because they are custom printed "on-demand" for each order.
Where is my order?
You can easily track your package by clicking the tracking link provided to you in your Order Confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Google Wallet. Gift Cards can also be purchased for friends using these payment methods.
Do you ship to my country?

Are there extra charges for international shipping?
There may be additional charges. Countries outside the USA may impose customs duties or taxes in addition to the actual order and shipping charges. Customers are responsible for paying any duties or customs taxes directly to teh government agency asking for them. These additional charges are not included in THOR's web site orders, rather they may be collected from you at the time of delivery in your country IF your country has such charges. Customers who refuse to receive international orders will not be refunded the original shipping fee, and will be responsible for additional return-shipping fee to help cover the shipping and customs costs to return the product to us. We strongly recommend you contact your country's customs office "in advance" for an estimate of fees before placing your order if you have any questions.
How do I change the address on my order?
We will only be able to update the shipping address on an order so long as the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately so we can attempt to adjust the order in time. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
I am sending a gift, can I include a note in the package?
Of course! If you purchase a gift card with your package, we would be happy to write your message and include it in your gift!
ORDER STATUS and RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Where is my Gift Card?
Gift cards are sent electronically to your email address. Using your THOR Art Gift Card is easy - just enter the gift card code on the second Checkout page. If the balance due on your order exceeds the remaining gift card balance, you may use an additional payment method to complete your purchase. Any unused portion of your THOR Gift Card will remain with the card for future use.
Do I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes, emails confirming your order are sent out immediately after you complete your purchase! If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder to locate the email and make sure our emails are not marked as spam so that you will receive future confirmations. Also please check alternate email accounts that you may have used when placing the order.
Can I combine my orders?
Most orders are shipped 2-3 days after receipt; orders containing canvas prints have a 3-4 week lead time. If you would like to add new products to your order, please submit new order with a note describing your request, to the THOR Art Support as soon as possible. We are happy to combine shipping of orders if possible.
My order arrived damaged
Damaged products may be replaced if the cause is due to damage during shipping. Items will be replaced with the same or comparable items. Please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the problem by contacting Thor Art Support for replacement instructions. Please attach photographs of the outside box as well as damaged item, along with a detailed description of the problem. We will review it and begin processing a replacement right away.

How do I return or exchange an item?
THOR offers fast and easy returns. To return an item, please contact us in advance at email@example.com . We will approve your return request in the form of either a store credit, or a refund. We will also provide return instructions. Please be sure to pack your item securely using the original packing materials. Products should NOT be returned without first contacting us.
What is your Return Policy?
THOR Art is committed to great customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to THOR Art within 30 days for a full refund or online store credit. No returns or exchanges will be taken after 30 days.
- Items must be new and in the original packaging.
- Items cannot be worn, washed or altered.
- Tags and labels must be in place.
- Engraved products and ‘On Sale’ items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Packing slip must be included.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, however we will refund your original shipping charges.
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
If online store credit option is chosen, you will receive an email with your balance information right away; please note that store credit is for online purchases only and cannot be used at any retail stores carrying Thor products. Contact the THOR art support team with any further questions.
QUESTIONS FOR THE ARTIST
Can THOR sign my merchandise?
All original paintings, and limited edition / artist proof prints on canvas are signed by Thor. Other items are stocked and shipped from THOR's fulfillment location in Hawaii and cannot be personally signed. THOR will soon be announcing tour dates which will include merchandise signing in person, stay tuned!
Can I license THOR's Artwork?
We love to consider new possibilities for our artwork! If you have a licensing idea for Thor's artwork, please contact us at THOR Art Licensing. We are always open to discussing future ideas for collaboration and projects!
Can I use THOR's artwork in my project?
Sorry, due to copyright, licensing and intellectual property restrictions, THOR's images cannot be used for personal or commercial use without first acquiring a licensing agreement from THOR Art.
